  • Manage a team of 8 schedulers to ensure that the manual schedule has produced works schedule were fluid, cost effective and met health and safety objectives.

  •   Monitoring the progress of work to ensure that any potential critical situations are identified early and dealt with proactively.

  •   Lead the way in combating potential fines and proving that all works can be scheduled without resulting with penalties.

  •   Maintain daily communication with construction manager with progress reports and predictions.

  •   Implement and maintain bonus reward scheme for over 200 operatives.

  •   Chair Weekly Progress meetings with Project Team to assess project progress and discuss any rising concerns.

  •   Ensuring the project is delivered within timeline by reporting & challenging slippage to service providers

  •   Risk Analysis on labour, plant and work flows. Forecasting for the requirements of the project.

  •   Planned works for 3rd party contracts such as Crossrail & School projects
