Developing the Overall Project Planning Package based on the client requirements which includes Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Weightage of each WBS, Baseline Schedule in Primavera P6, Overall and Discipline wise “S” curves, Developing Overall Progress Measurement System(Automated System in excel), Engineering Drawing Deliverables Control Register(EDDR), Procurement and Manufacturing Status and Delivery log, Construction PMS, Manpower Histogram, Manpower loading, resource/commodity loading etc.

?          Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.

?          Developing and maintaining the project Productivity norms required and closely monitoring the efficiency of workers/engineers to avoid any delay in project productivity.

?          Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. Developing and maintaining Executive high-level summary/high-level dashboard summary for management review

?          Prepare and plan maintenance activities, monitor implementation and update plans with actual performance, review processes and procedures on completion to improve.

?          Coordinating with all departments for the smooth working of the projects, identifying the requirement of the project phases and taking initiative for delivering the requirement in time. 

?          Developing and maintaining the cash inflow/out flow, invoicing procedure which inlined with project schedule and contract. Preparing and submitting monthly invoices as per the contract requirements

?          Developing of Level1/2/3 schedules for the Proposal/Bidding stages of projects as per the client’s requirements in Primavera software.

?          Developing and maintaining Delay Analysis Register (Risk Register) asper the actual scenario implementation of Extension of time (EOT), Recovery, action plan and modification as per client requirement and with respect to the contract by laws.

?          Developing level 2/3 /4/5 EPC schedule to correctly estimate the project time span and macro-level Criticalities based on DCMA14 point Schedule assessment. Update and maintain the all level schedule and furnish critical path analysis using primavera
