  • Preparing ancillary construction lookahead schedules as required by the Seniors. Maintaining the record of actual dates and as-bulit record.
  • Visiting the site regularly and discussing with Enginees the hindrances in work and pending issues of the project against the target. 
  • Co-ordinating efficiently and effectively with different departments like CM, Billing, QA, MEP, Design and Document Control Dept.
  • Review Contractors' submittals and reports and comment on them if required and ensuring that weekly and monthly reports are verified within 3 working days after the circulation of reports.
  • Ensure efficient distribution of drawings & co-ordination of design with Project Co-ordinator and respective Tower Incharges.
  • Review project documents and maintain Document logs, reports and trackers.
  • Attending weekly Progress Review meetings for site Contractors.
  • Conducting Facade Weekly Progress Review meetings with the Contractors and preparing Minutes of meeting and ensuring circulation to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Raising Service Requisitions (SRs) for the work packages as per the schedule or Project requirements.
