Assist project and construction managers to develop project scope of work, study and understand all relevant project documents pertaining to the preparation of Brownfield and Greenfield EPC plans and schedules. Convert scope of work documents into logically linked, resourced project schedules.  Prepare realistic, achievable schedules as logical networks and where necessary integrate engineering, procurement and construction schedules.  Participate in schedule and cost risk analysis exercises and constructability reviews.  Advise project management and discipline personnel on impacts, contingencies and generally guide the scopes towards the earliest possible finish.

 

Develop schedule, cost, and resource curves to track the progress and efficiency of the project. Work with multiple contractors to provide accurate industry standard project estimates. Provide solutions to clients on ways to efficiently plan, schedule, and execute onshore/offshore construction, process improvement, process optimization, and integrated campaign projects.
