Project: Abu Dhabi International Shooting Club-II Project consisting 385 no. Town Houses, Semi-Detached Villas and Single Villas spread over 136,452m2 plot areas in addition to a 8-storey Apartment building containing 448 Apartments.Community Centre: Ground, Podium and Roof Levels over 47,590m2 footprint area.Project value: 1.65 Billion Dirham’s Hilton Hotel Staff Accommodation Complex at Abu Dhabi International Shooting Club consists of 9 buildings set out around a common area which houses a clubhouse and a swimming pool. • Prepare the project work plan (Clause 14 program), using Primavera. • Planning the project execution using the CPM and monitoring the progress through time and cost control using • Update the approved Baseline weekly & produce reports accordingly.• Preparation of weekly programme as per original time cycle involved and monitoring of the same.• Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report for onward submission to consultant and client.• Participating effectively in top management meetings with IMCC and Atkins.• Prepare all the Engineering and Procurement Status report with forecasted impacted on the project in case of • Creating a recovery programme and action plan to overcome project delays.• Preparing and facilitating monthly contract review presentations to the top management reflecting the actual progress of construction, engineering and procurement.• Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda.• Co-ordination with Procurement and Design management team.• Co ordination with the Planning Manager on current issue of concern and potential future problems resulting in programming as necessary to overcome them.• Planning and coordinating various activities at site.• Managing the programme of works of various associated sub contractors (mainly Infrastructure, MEP, Façade, • Review, monitoring and controlling subcontractors and suppliers programmes and procurement schedules• Preparing KPIs, lookaheads, manpower & materials histograms, equipments deployment chart, Earned Value reports, progress S-curves, progress charts and updating the same• Following up and monitoring shop drawings, Material Approval Requests and long lead items schedules.• Ensure timely and accurate information transferred to the necessary parties at the site/project with zero defects.• Maintaining records as per company policies, checking for obstruction.
