Planning:

  • Review, Develop, Plan, Maintain & Track all Tank Erection schedules using MSP 2013
  • Tracking of Design, Engineering and Procurement phases across numerous projects
  • Align schedules with Client Requirements and Contracts
  • Review work assigned to and carried out by the Junior Planner
  • Review and manage subcontractor Schedules and Reports in line with their contract
  • Develop, update and manage resource Histograms and S-Curves
  • Maintain and control the KPI for all contractual disciplines
  • Track and Report on Workshop Pre-Fabrication and report on any issues
  • Track Materials and report on shortages and delays 
  • Perform weekly updates and reports with S-Curves for overall projects
  • Interfaced with Operations, Client and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
  • Conduct regular Site Visits to meet and align with Construction Teams
  • Attend Commercial meetings with the Client
  • Compile daily updates for supervisors indicating critical path, progress and slippage
  • Monitor Potential scheduling problems and report to senior management
  • Monitor progress and update the schedule accordingly

 

Site Manager:

  • Guiding Construction team and Sub-Contractors through the process of executing the Scope of Work
  • Promote a culture of continuous HSSE compliance and performance improvement.
  • Instil the Client’s HSSE culture and standards amongst all Staff and Sub-Contractors.
  • Exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
  • Align all Site Requirements and Procurement with the project budget
  • Ensuring contract deliverables, documents and specifications are produced to meet the needs of the project schedule and project KPI’s
  • Compiling daily and weekly reports, regarding safety, schedule, quality and progress, the Client Construction Team and Project Manager
  • Attend regularly meetings with the client representative to ensure and determine that all requirements are being met
  • Compile and Submit Progress and Claims for payment purposes.
