Construction:

• Assisting HOD to monitor, track and control construction work progress and productivity in accordance to the approved Baseline Construction Programme for each project packages (10 packages)
• Updating Primavera P6 construction work programme on weekly basis
• Delay analysis, EOT evaluation and ‘Loss and Expense’ Claim evaluation of contractors
• Preparing monthly and weekly report for Management and Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM)
• Preparing special report and presentation for conferences, visitors, client, authorities and Minister
• Implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2008 procedure for Planning Department

Post Construction & Operation:

• Preparing maintenance work programme for Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (MS Project)
• Monitor, track and control projects/work orders and work progress and productivity in accordance to the approved Baseline Construction and Upgrading Programme:

 - Gammerlite Sdn Bhd - Development of IAMS Software

 - Image Facade Construction Sdn Bhd - JSAHMS Rest and Service Area Phase 1

 - Teguh Kualiti Sdn Bhd - Central Spine Road Kelantan CSR10 Project (May 2015 - June 2016)

 - IJM Construction Sdn Bhd - Major Repair Works at PE4 & PE7

• Assisting HOD to monitor all maintenance and repair works for each packages via Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS Software)
• Preparing monthly maintenance report for Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia and quarterly KPI report for Ministry of Finance
