  • Responsible for all programming and planning activities on behalf of client. (Programme development, management, control and delivery)
  • Attending all startegy/work plan and progress meetings
  • Laising with Contractor planning team to ensure ptrogramme intergrity, reliability and effectiveness as a planning tool driving the entire project with regards to logic sequencing, cost, resourcing and risk.
  • Producing MPD submissions and managing change control.
  • Analysing and reviwing period programme submissions and providing recomendation to PM with regards to acceptance or rejection.  Reviwing and replying to contractor comments.
  • Carrying out forensic and delay analysis (Both Retrospective and Progressive).
  • Producing relevant impacted and mitigated programmes to assist in Compensation Event analysis.
  • Producing relevant project/programme reports, correspondence and presentations.
