The intent was to cover a wide range of process applications and chemical products in regard to demonstrating anticipated operations, integrating unit process in real time, identifying potential problems, confirming feed and utility needs, and proving product quality and generating market sample. Had oversight/management responsibility in design, fabrication, construction, and startup. Representative pilot plants: Acid Acetic, Vinyl Acetate Monomer, Vinyl Choride monomer, Olefins -alpha-olefins Plant, Polyethylene Plant.
