Aug 2012 - Present STRABAG Provide schedule and cost consulting services as well as maintain the master cost loaded schedule for a $ 325 million Southeast Collector Sanitary Sewer Project. Scheduling support includes providing a fully cost loaded schedule with approximately 2300 activities with a 500 bid item cost account dictionary as well as providing schedule consulting services to the mechanical sub-contractor Maple Reinders. Implemented TILOS software (Liner scheduling software) for the project. Imported the P6 activities into the TILOS program to visualize the schedule and to help the project team analyze the sequencing and visualize problems.
