Scheduling support includes providing a fully resource loaded schedule with approximately 1500 activities with a 1200 bid item resource dictionary as well as contractor and sub-contractor labour and major equipment. Using earned value to monitor project for performance as well as validate payment certificate. Using Time impact analysis for delay claims where contract changes extend substantial completion date to validate extension of time.
