Duties and Responsibilities Included:

·Developing, implementing and auditing of the new planning & scheduling system and processes at a global capacity: NSAM (USA & Canada), EACR (UK) and APME (Singapore & Abu Dhabi).

·Creating the division policies for developing and controlling project schedules based on Project Management Institute (PMI) processes for time management and PMI’S practice standard for scheduling.

·Developing work practices for schedule levels of detail, schedule updates review, time impact analysis, identifying the critical path and documenting the schedule basis, based on AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) best practices and standards.
