RESPONSIBILITIES AT MY CURRENT JOB:

 

Project Engineer

·         Arrange and lead all Technical meetings of the project

·         Project representation in all meetings (internal/external)

·         Supervise, liaise all the Project Documentation, Drawings (internal/external)

·         Coordination with all the stakeholders, suppliers, customer for all project operations

·         Ensure quality compliance for any standards, drawings principles and the customer’s specifications etc

·         Liaise with the budgeting team as well, have follow up raise invoices during the project

·         Document control, releasing of the documents when needed or according to the schedule

·         Answer deal all kind of queries, NCRs dealings etc

·         All the coordination with client and suppliers stakeholders etc e-mails, tele-conferences etc

 

Planning & Scheduling

 

·         Development of baseline Level -3 schedule, in coordination with other stakeholders to study and identify the criticality of schedule

·         Development of Work Break Structure and its monitoring & Control through the project

·         Progress monitoring via periodical updates of schedule

·         Preparation and submission of Weekly and Monthly detailed progress reports to Client

·         Preparation and submission of project planning & monitoring procedures to client

·         To participate in regular project coordination meetings to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays in execution of work to ensure timely project completion

·         To advise the Engineering, Procurement & Construction personnel to progress, execute and achieve the planned works as per targets set for them

·         Preparation of revised detailed Level 3 control schedule incorporating the physical status and all change orders

·         Planning, Scheduling & monitoring of all Engineering Procurement & Construction

·         To agree deliverables for project work-packs, commissioning, performance criteria, schedule and close out

·         To prepare change requests to gain Client’s approval for extension of time

 

               Risk Management

·         Participating in Risk management meetings & technical discussions of different on-going Projects

·         Preparation & Updating of Risk registers

·         Identification of Risks according to PMI Standards & by using the specialized Software i.e. Pert Master  then finding the solutions for its mitigation

·         Integration of Planning with Risk management

              

              Project Management Office (PMO)

·         System development & Implementation of an EPC Organization at DIPL according to the PMI Standards

·         Template Development EPC Project at P6

·         Participating and inducting different presentations for PMI standards and Project management skills to be enhanced

·         Facilitation & Training of the Internees
