Senior Planner, Sweett Group, CMA Tower Project

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Planner to join the CMA Tower (CMAT) Project immediately. You will be a key member of the Sweett CMA Tower Project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual who wishes to build upon existing skills and experience, on an iconic building. Key ResponsibilitiesThe following list is non-exhaustive.• Interface with the Client when required• Ensure high quality of service and deliverables and compliance with Sweett Group governance and procedures• Produce reports for both internal reporting and client presentation purposes• Make presentations to Clients as part of the service delivery• Demonstrate an established and experienced level of competency in skill area and within job role• Promote and foster a team culture and transparent communication within the Project team and across the business• Ensure quality standards in all produced works and conduct, are met• Ensure that the Sweett Group ethical policy and the anti-bribery policy are strictly adhered to• Manage assignments efficiently, with cost consciousness and adhering to quality standards at all times• This role does not currently have any Line Management responsibilities. PROFESSIONAL PROFILEThe following list is non-exhaustive.• Always portray a professional image in person and in all communications• Promote and foster a strong, ethical, friendly and efficient team culture and working environment• Remain within the remit of the role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your Line Manager• Constantly maintain the upmost level of confidentiality and discretion with all information pertaining to the all businessactivities, Clients and associates• Promote and implement the Equality and Diversity policy of the Group business.
