·      Develop Schedule using Primavera & Microsoft Project for Client & operation’s   Needs.

·      Analyze Project Schedule and cost with PMT in other to attain Efficiency and risk  mitigation.

·      Weekly external and internal reporting, with detailed workload analysis and  recovering actions in order to       mitigate possible projects conflicts

·      Close co-working with project managers and heads of different engineering, manufacturing and                       Construction departments.

·      Liaised with onshore and offshore team on detailed scheduled activities, Variance  and                                  Variation Claims.

·      Attend various Project Management Progress Meeting-Internal & External

·      Liaised with project manager and its team on monthly Primavera P6 schedule, Progress Measurement                Sheet (PMS) and submit same to Client.

·      Analysis Subcontractors Schedule and Report Position to Top Management.

·      Co-ordinate with the various teams in compilation of Company’s bids, Questionnaires and EOI.

·      Maintainedthequality ofthebidsby providing all the necessary     documents,    formatting, coding and              such as responses to theq ueries raised.

·      Other call-up functions such as project deliverables, technical data & Procedures.

·      Assist DCC on Company Master Document Registers.
