START Date:

END Date:
January, 2011

Deputy Project Manager in a major multi billion pound industry and MoD partnership project, transitioning from Design to Construction Phase

Delivering Project Management functional excellence by ensuring Level 3 Schedules align with the Statement of Work (SOW), corresponding Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the Level 2 Schedule, issuing and maintaining correct Cost Collection Numbers (CCNs) and any authorised Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) as well as maintaining project deliverables / milestones in the Cost Account Management (CAM) area

Utilising full Earned Value Management as a reporting and performance management tool from chairing the monthly schedule update sessions with the Lead Engineers and progressing the schedules, to analysis of the Earned Value reports and production of narrative for the monthly CAM Reports

Production of more detailed Level 4 Schedules to provide more control and understanding of the cost account area, which resulted in the successful attainment of a Critical Design Review milestone on schedule, which was previously forecasted as late by approximately 6 months

I provided mentoring and managed the daily workload of the Assistant Project Manager (Project Office assistant) for the Communications and Procurement CAM areas
