Responsibilities                            

Ø  Updating, Tracking & Monitoring of the schedule.

Ø  Preparing & monitoring look ahead schedules

Ø  Calculation of quantities from drawings.

Ø  Monitoring schedule of drawings.

Ø  Preparation of MIS.

Ø  Cost monitoring of finishing activities.

Ø  Client billing & PRW billing in ERP.

Ø  Contract management (Technical, contractual & Commercial Matters) & co-ordination between Employer/Consultant, various Sub Contractors.

Title                             Ascendas OneHub, Gurgaon – A Design & Build Contract of SEZ – Phase-I for the owner M/S Dr. Fresh SEZ Phase 1 Private Limited.

Scope                           The scope consists of 2 contracts. One is Design (which includes Design & Statutory Approvals of Master Plan, Building Plan, etc.) of SEZ Project & second contract is construction of SEZ IT/ITES Park (includes design & construction of building with 3 basements, G+7 & related services; Landscaping works; infrastructure works)

Responsibilities                            

Ø  Preparation of Project Execution Schedule in MSP & Primavera.

Ø  Analysis of contract document & defining an initial project management plan & project execution philosophy.

Ø  Preparation of Manpower & Machinery deployment schedule.
