Deputise and control Project Services Manager when he was offsite or working directly for the General Manager. This entailed controlling the team of four Planning Engineers, three Cost Engineers, three Quantity Surveyors, two Contracts Engineers, two Procurement Specialists, two Material Logistcs Advisors and four Document Controllers.

Also operated as the Lead of a team planning the development of Habban Field in Marrib province of Yemen. The development consists of a central processing facility (CPF), a 135 kms export pipeline to Safer processing Engineerfacility for onward shipping to Hodeida for export. The field is designed to produce from 37 wells through 3 remote manifold stations and 3 trunklines into the CPF. A number of well produce directly into the CPF. The current project budget is $1.3billion

There is an additional gas process facitlity being designed for installation in the CPF along with a produced water process plant due to the higher than designed for gas-oil ratio being produced from the field and a high water content.
