  • Responsible for planning of projects from level I to IV.
  • Responsible for implementation of Level IV plan at site.
  • Responsible for development of plant-wide master schedule including integration of engineering, procurement, maintenance, shutdown, and new construction schedules including critical path analysis using Primavera P3.
  • Prepare, implement and monitor the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity. 
  • Development and baseline management of multiple project schedules.
  • Development of layouts and reports based on client and project team reporting requirements.
  • Attend project/management meetings as required. 
  • Coordinate monthly project schedule and manpower update meetings and the distribution of reports in a timely manner. 
  • Conduct analysis of projects to highlight and identify specific problem areas. 
  • Retain historical information form cost impact analysis for future work. 
  • Assist in the development of template schedules. 
  • Monitoring project as per scheduled and budgeted cost.
  • Performing all tasks related to cost/schedule of design and construction as well as provide schedule status and updates.
  • Providing forecasts, assisting with estimating changes, and providing claims analysis.
  • Develop manpower curves for production optimization.
  • Implement Work Breakdown Structure ensuring no trade overlap.
  • Manage resources and monitor equipment availability.
  • Invoice the client based on Earned Value.
  • Input daily engineering design submissions into master schedule ensuring construction scheduled had approved design drawings.
  • Coordinated with contractors to generate 3 week look ahead schedules.
