§  Head up and lead the team of skilled planners working on the projects valued at 2.5+ Billion AED including:

o   Project comprising of 2 Hotel Towers, 7 Residential Towers, Parking Building, Club House and Swimming Pools at Palm Jumeirah Dubai.

o   Project comprising of 2 high rise towers, podium and 2 parking buildings

§  Full Communication with Clients and Senior Management

§  Team Player to drive the program and project towards completion.

§  Coordination with all contractors to ensure achievement of the Project Targets.

§  Development of the detailed Clause 14 Programme (15,000+ activities) fully resource loaded including Identification of Critical Activities, Key Milestones, etc... and development of Contract Program with required delivery date of long lead items in conjunction with Head Office Commercial Department and Contracts Manager.

§  Integration of Sub-Contractors Programmes into the Master Programme.

§  Generation of Progress Measurement Basis and Work Breakdown Structure.

§  Generation of S-Curve & Resource Histogram including unit and earned value calculation.

§  Monitoring progress throughout all phases and comparing to the baseline.

§  Monitor projects with varying techniques against different contract types.

§  Analyze deviation, change of contract scope or delay and, if required, reschedule to mitigate the delays in coordination with the team.

§  Forecasting potential problems within the construction program.

§  Development of Look-ahead Schedule, Analyzing project backlog.

§  Generation of Project Progress Reports including Daily, Weekly , Monthly, etc...

§  Presenting schedules with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.

Maintain a close working relationship with all departments to ensure the efficient operation of the contract. Liaise with the Construction Managers to ensure that all resources are available when required and used effectively at all times.
