·         Coordinating Of All Time Program Of Company Projects Portfolio And All Project Documentation Using PCM.

·         Planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting, risk assessment, change management, invoice validation, claim analysis, asset capitalization and project close-out activities.

·         Monitoring And Controlling The Scheduled Activities To Ensure That The Project Goes According To Plan And Actions Are Implemented To Re-Direct The Project When Evidence Proves That The Project Is Not Going According To Plan.

·         Active Participation in Forums and Meetings on Project Monitoring and Control.

·         Co-Ordinate The Detailed Construction Schedules Of Projects.Preparation of Projects Pre-Tender Timeframe andProduction of Method Statements and Risk Assessment.

·         Review WBS And Documents Submittals, Review And Analyze Method Statement Of Time.

·         Assist In Controlling Program Of Work Time Schedule, Variations Claims And Identify The Causes When They Occur And Control Overall Time Delays As Much Possible.

·         Maintaining Effective Time Control System, Including Monitoring Site   Progress and Performance of Projects.

·         Collate Documentation For Monthly Project Review Forum.
