†        Supervise and participate in the preparation of project schedules (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.,) covering entire scope and within defined timelines;

†        Co-ordinate with various departments like Engineering (who provides working drawings), Procurement (who buys materials), Contracts (who awards contracts & raise any issues with the client), Quality (who maintains ) & Commissioning Departments;

†        Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of projects as requested;

†        Perform schedule control activities to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines or deliverables;

†        Logging in all information and status concerning commitments, forecasts etc. on the Project;

†        Compile back-up data for project statistics and ratio calculation;

†        Prepare and present detailed planning information and maintain progress data on live plans;

†        Generating S Curve, Histogram from schedule and updating PMS: Project monitoring Sheets;

†        Create Project Closing Reports and Learnings;

†        Provide support for Master Schedule, Proposal and Summary development. Etc.
