·      Defined the scope of the projects with other team members.

·      Created the WBS by Phases using the resource calendar and verified the scope baselines accepted by the stakeholders

·      Project Forecasting using moving averages and Exponential smoothing

·      Using the Master production Schedule, determined the ordering lead times, Bill of Materials and created the inventory record file
