  • In charge of the preparation of a baseline network analysis programme complete with resource loading. 
  • Recording and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the planned work in P6 and RMS 3.0 system.
  • Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.
  • Prepare the 3 weeks look-ahead schedule for weekly coordination meeting
  • Prepare the monthly progress report and the monthly interim progress payment.
  • Prepare the Time Impact Analysis and other necessary substantiation documents on each delaying event for submission to the Client.
  • Prepare monthly pay request/ invoices for client submission and approval.
  • Coordinate regularly to all engineers in order to establish the program updates, progress reports, identify site issues and make recommendations.
  • Advising the Project Manager of any potential delays to the program, and work closely with the project team to develop mitigations to minimize or avoid these delays.
  • Monitoring production rates and compare with planned.
  • Closely coordinate with the Client and attends Client Meetings if required.
