I have a total professional experience of 3+ years in Project planning, cost monitoring, Scheduling & Control, Project management.
Presently working as a Project Engineer at Trans tech Projects Pvt Ltd, Pune,India.

My Goal in life is to serve Industry & be an A+ certified Project Manager.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Project planning & Cost Monitoring

For Customer - Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd.

• Project planning and cost monitoring for the Amine expansion plant, preparation of reports, Scheduling, Conducting Review meetings and suggesting mitigation plan for the delay.
• Follow up to Design, Project, Purchase, Civil departments to expedite the activities & follow up to vendors to expedite material delivery.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly reports.

Budget preparations & project Schedules on MSP.

Coordination with site for Monthly Review meeting.

Ensure material delivery within time.
Act as nodal officer for interaction between Customer, HO, Site.

Project In-charge

For Customer - Kinetic systems Israel ltd

• Successfully completed piping installation, commissioning for more than 60 machines for SCL (ISRO), mohali project.

Responsibilities:

Offer making according to Bill of Material.

Handling site with 22 employees.

Project planning and Execution, Quality control.

Manpower management, Safety meetings with employees.

Communication with client for billing.

As built drawings making.

For Customer – Forum Energy, US

• Two projects successfully completed of 3D model designing of Oil slurry skid.

Responsibilities:

Offer making as per the PID and estimated working hours.

Study of PID & making list of inputs required from client.

Direct face for the client for technical discussion.

To provide Isometrics, spool drawings, GA drawings to customer.

Quality control and GA drawings, support detail drawings checking.

Trainee engineer

Wartsila India Limited (C/o Ambuja Cements Eastern Limited)

Summary:

Effectively coordinated with the contractors for official requirements.

Involved in the commissioning of CFBC boiler (135 TPH) of I.J.T. and 80 TPH THERMAX (steam blowing) boiler.

Commissioning tests carried out by me: Trial run of equipments, flue gas tightening tests, hydro tests, alkali boil out, steam blowing, and full load testing of boiler.

And I have worked as a field engineer for 70 TPH CVL, 70 TPH & 80TPH THERMAX BOILERS,15*2 MW BHEL TURBINE to ensure efficient operation with shift engineer .
