Lead Planner (Programme & Strategy)

I provided overall day to day programme management for High Speed Two ‘Service Directorates’, namely Technical, Finance and Commercial. In addition one of my team provides programme management for the Client (Department for Transport). Responsibilities include provision of information including critical path analysis, look-ahead programmes and interrogation of delivery programmes to ensure adherence to agreed delivery timescales as well as providing advice for remedial action where necessary.

I was also responsible for the production of periodic progress reports, including Earned

Value and Critical Path Analysis, for the company’s Programme & Strategy Directorate using Oracle Primavera P6 (version 8.3) as well as MS Office suite of applications
