Sales Responsibilities: 

Managing a forecast and pipeline which includes engaging C level executives and speaking to both the patient experience and financial benefits of TeleTracking’s solutions. Delivering presentations and product demonstrations, conducting workflow analysis exercises, managing technical assessments and helping write business cases.

 

Planning & Programme Management Responsibilities:  Preparing project plans and work breakdown structure and monitor the earned value against the planned value. Attend all project board meetings as senior supplier and tracking progress, reviewing change requests, analysing risk reports and working with clients to deliver benefits realisation. Assisting the project manager with the preparation of project initiation documents, workflow design, change management and impact assessment discussions.  Engagements include;

  • University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust – Automated Facilities System for 2 Hospitals for 8,000 staff
  • Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust – Asset Tracking, Bed Management and Facilities Solution for 6,000 staff
  • Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust – Automated Facilities & Estates System for 8,000 staff cross 3 hospitals
  • Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust – Automated Facilities Solution for 3,000 staff

  • £155,000 - Safeways/WM Morrisons – Application conversion solution from CSP to COBOL to assist in decommissioning CSP.
  • £125,000 – Bank of America – MQSeries solution for monitoring B of A’s MQ infrastructure and providing transaction performance and integrity information.
