 Managed multi-discipline fixed price LSTK civil and mechanical projects from inception to completion; values ranged between USD $1 Million to $20 Million. Experienced all aspects of project management with specific emphasis on planning and scheduling. Projects examples:

• GC-15 Rehabilitation Project - NK
• Installation of Corrosion Monitoring Facilities
• Dredging of Small Boat Harbor at Mina Al-Ahmadi
• Marine Maintenance Building at Small Boat Harbor
• Refurbishment of North Tank Farm and South Tank Farm
• Review and vet contractors and sub-contractors schedules, ensure its reasonableness to achieve the projects planned completions
• Verify and endorse contractor invoices based on actual percent complete of activities
• Review and validate contractor’s timesheet where applicable. Calculate and give feedback on productivity factors and progress payments
• Review and approve contractor requests for time extension based on authorized change orders and /or authorized suspension of works
• Record and maintain all schedule changes for claims analysis, if needed
