  • Assist to improve Project Managements Plans.
  • Prepare project schedule based on the scope of work and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare project “S” curves based on approved way percentage / man hours
    Manpower loading to the schedule and preparation of manpower and equipment histogram.
  • Provide overall monitor and control matrices for the close monitoring of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Phases
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for client.
  • Prepare internal reports including updating of target schedule.
  • Prepare progress measure system (PMS) to monitor the progress in different levels.
  • Prepare invoices based on approved invoicing format corresponding to the project.
  • Prepare cash flow for the project.
  •  Prepare and implement detailed plans for the activities to monitor the project progress in different levels.
  • Prepare reports for schedule variance / slippage activities.
  • Prepare recovery plan whenever schedule slippage occurs as per client requirements.
