Job Responsibilities:

 

As Scheduler

 

·         Prepared contractual requirements relating to planning / scheduling, progress measuring& reporting.

·         Developing WBS, Overall Time Schedule (P6)

·         Progress Measurement System (PMS) for the project

·         Preparation of Time Chainage Diagram.

·         Preparation of schedules for various projects and update according to site activities.

·         Prepare and update progress S-Curves.

·         Following Client, Corporate HSE Policy & Quality Procedures

 

As Document Manager

 

·         Ensure that the document control function is being performed in accordance with the procedures and in a timely manner.

·         Assisting the Project Director / Project Manager of the section in conducting regular site progress reviews & co-ordination meetings with senior site engineers & consultants for site – co-ordination of works.

·         Key Date and Cost Centre Allocation of the Project Documents / Submissions.

·         Assist preparation of weekly and monthly report.

·         Maintaining all official documents including various technical manuals, designs, CCF’s, ICS, Method Statements, & Minutes of the Meeting and other documentations, for the use of official reference.

·         Autocad drafting as required.

·         Responsible for supporting in analyzing, organizing and managing document management processes and activities

·         Handle the tasks of controlling and monitoring documents and assure its compliance with the corporate methodology and procedures

·         Manage the process of distribution of project documentation and ensure good relationships with external and internal clients.

·         Responsible for preserving and maintaining confidentiality of document management activities

·         Assists in the maintenance of a consistent image through incorporating the corporate vision, mission and goals into documentation provided to suppliers and employees.

·         Coordination with Design & Engineering Team

·         Coordination with design consultant for receiving the project documents

·         Coordination with site team.

·         Maintaining all the project documents both in soft copy and hard copy.

·         Preparation and submission of M.I.S. reports

·         Follow procedures and update document control procedures when necessary

·         Performs other administrative functions as may be required by higher management

·         Attending the client meeting for the submission of As-Built documents (i.e. Drawings, Design Calculations, Test Reports & other Technical Reports, etc.)

·         Preparing and submitting the As-Built documents as per the clients requirements

·         Report generation (No. of Documents Approved, Information, As-Built, Pending, etc.).
