September, 2013 - Preparing project schedules for all projects to ensure that the project completes within stipulated time with the available resources.
- To update SAPP tool on regular basis for all projects to check that all activities are in line with the project schedules & also to find out the gap between demand & supply.
- To check whether any additional resources to be deployed for completion of the project within the time frame.
- To update schedules interlinked with the cash flow plans on weekly basis for Spain counter parts
- Preparation of MIS Reports for Client as well Internal management, This includes preparation and review of MIS reports like PVR(Project Variation report), Daily Progress Report (DPR), Weekly Progress Report (WPR), Monthly Progress Report (MPR), Project status reports for Progress Review Meeting (PRM), Cash flow reports, Revenue Projections, Cost reports etc..
- To prepare short & long-term resource allocation plans based on inputs from all key players & team members.
- Oversee schedules and risk management plans to provide deviation warnings hindering project results.
