• Key Deliverables:
• Development and Monitoring of L2/L3 Schedule and Package wise schedules.
• Submitting planning package to client for review and approval.
• Package wise Resource monitoring for achieving the schedule.
• Package wise S-Curve Development and Monitoring for entire project.
• Controlling project schedule by identifying critical path, project interfaces and schedule driving parameters.
• Development of MIS Reports on Daily basis, Weekly basis and Monthly basis along with presentations for Higher Management.
• Active participation in Daily Progress Meeting, Project Review Meeting weekly and monthly basis with Contractors and Client.

• Responsibilities:
• Generation of MIS Daily/weekly progress reports and other reports for management.
• Preparation, Update and Monitoring of L2/L3 schedules.
• Controlling project schedule by identifying critical path, project interfaces and schedule driving parameters.
• Monthly/Weekly programme, 4 weeks look ahead plan, 3 Months Rolling plan preparation.
• Preparation of Package-wise  S-curves and monitoring them on weekly basis incorporating Catch-up Plan and Forecast Plan if required.
• Weekly /Monthly Project progress review meetings.
