June, 2000 - PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)& AACEI certified Cost Engineering Professional (CCE)with several years of experience in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Controlling Activities of EPIC, EPC Projects.
- Experience working in Multimillion dollar Oil & Gas, Steel, Power Projects through Galfar Almisnad Engg. Contg. WLL, Essar Constructions Ltd., etc.
- Core Experience in Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Phases.
- Experience from Project Control disciplines of both client and contractors project organizations.
- Budgeting and cost control including preparation of Project/Divisional/Corporate Business Plans, Project Budgets and cost control related reports likeMonthly VOWD/Projection Statement including Cost Analysis,Project Performance Report, EV Curve, Cash call, detailed project ETC & EAC and major concerns.
- Experience in Preparing and Establishing Progress Measurement and Reporting System, Procedures and Formats.
- Excellent command in planning management tools like. Primavera (P3 & P6), SAP AIO, MS Project etc.
- Excellent command in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and Power Point)for establishing and presentation of reports.
- Prepares and Develops planning models for Base line and Recovery Plans for onshore and offshore Projects, Budget control and cash flow for corporate.
- Experience in project risk management which includes identifies risks, qualitative & quantitative risk analysis, prepare risk response plan, monitor & control known & unknown risks.
- Excellent analytical and communication skill to undertake regular reviews of schedules and progress with project stakeholders in order to identify any trends, variations, concerns, conflicts and preventive actions throughout the project life cycle.
