* Preparation of BMCP (Baseline Master Construction Programme) on Primavera project planner & Microsoft Project.
* Scheduling, Tracking & Updating BMCP (Baseline Construction Programme) on required basis.
* Revisioning and Re-scheduling of Master plan as per the management requirements.
* Preparing critical procurement schedules PMV Schedule & Formwork schedule in conjunction with /Baseline master construction programme/Master Construction Programme.
* Focusing critical areas and highlighting the management to avoid further delays in periodic progress review meetings.
* Preparation of Monthly progress Report (MIS-Report) & Graphical representation of Budget, concrete S- curves and manpower histogram.
* Preparation of Monthly Targets, Catch-up Programme which includes (Milestone dates, Bulk construction material requirement & Resource Planning) & monitoring the same.
* Supervising, monitoring & co-coordinating the progress of the project according to the Plan & as per Master construction schedule.
* Preparation of delay analysis on quarterly basis and as per requirement of management at HO.
* Contractors" progress monitoring, verification, performance analysis
* Preparation of various reports (Physical progress of site, Hindrances, Labour Report, Material report, Drawing release schedule, Multi brand presentation & all other presentations required by the management at HO )
* Preparation of 2-Week look ahead Programme and tracking the same on Weekly basis.
* Preparation of Weekly Progress Report (Forecasting milestone, Productivity of the manpower engaged, Points of concern & Pictorial updation etc.)
* Maintaining client correspondence and co-ordination with all the project heads from HO.
* Handling internal & external ISO Audit
