Started as a Electrical Start-Up Tech in 1984.

Ran teh Chiller crew which included imnproving equipment reliability via equipment modifications. Also took over all instrumentation calibrations and sucessfully implmented Instrument Training for teh Electrical Chiller crew. Took Emergency Diesel training program and revamped it to certify 10 electricians to troubleshoot, repair calibrate and maintain all diesel related equipment.

Eletrical Training Instructor for two years which included the Emergency Diesel class, cranes, mobile lifts and electrical continual training.

Multi Craft Supervisor on the Emergency Response Organiztion team. Support plant operations to mitigate plant issues and identify equipment problems that needed further troublwshooting and repairs.
