South Texas Nuclear Operating Company

Leon Hernandez

First Name:
Leon
Last Name:
Hernandez

Entered the Nuclear Industry in 1984 after being discharged from active duty at Fort Benning Georgia.

I started out as a supply clerk and made trip to South Korea during Viet Nam in 1971. Until recently did not know who I was. I can get bored easily and although I hate failing, it is the learning process and learning new skills that has kept me going. Since the younger days, working alone as an Avionics tech to becoming a leader as a Warrant Officer the ability to learn ask questions and work with others has been my strong suit.
