• Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P3 or P6)
• Project Planning using project management software Primavera & Microsoft Project(MSP)
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Project report generation through Project management software
• Conduct project progress meetings in order to control & resolve critical activities.
• Review project along with project head
• Preparation& Tracking of the project master schedule and summary level curves and Man power histogram.
• Weekly/Monthly reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & Management review.
• Job allocation to all Discipline Engineers and follow up for daily job progress.
• Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule and individual contracts.
• To work out detailed resource Requirement based on standard productivity norms.
• Overall responsibility for control of manpower allocation, resource mobilization, Materials Controlling, costing & billing, project MIS, etc.
• I was reporting to Management Team and Construction Manager and had active participation in Internal as well as External Meetings (Client).
