Union Gulf Services is a services company with main line of business in Oil and Gas Industry.

Responsibilities & achievements:

§  Management for day to day activities of the company.

§  Meetings with clients, suppliers, and potential business partners for business development and improving the performance of the company.

§  Writing and reviewing legal contracts, agreements and MOUs.

§  Defining long term and short term goals and leading the company for achieving the mission.

§  Managing the Sales team and their performance.

§  Providing owners withrisk assessment and investment consultancies.

§  Market analysis for new products presented by the principals.

§  Responsible for the image and marketing of the company (website, company profile).

§  Responsible for delivering services with world class standards.

§  In a short duration change the structure of company from one division - oil and gas supply - to six divisions (Manpower, Marine, Oil and Gas, Military, Manpower and Recruitment, Trading, general contracting and landscaping) and working on changing the nature of the company from agency and representation to contracting and Service Company.

§  Improving Quality system and IT infrastructure of the company.

§  Developing the organization chart and process maps for activities of the company. Developed safety procedure for the company.

§  Changing the culture of the staff to act predicatively instead of reactively, and guiding them to be accountable and responsible for their actions.

§  Developing an inquiry management tool to control the sales data and improving company‘s sales.

§  Account managementfor more than six companies (EMAS Offshore, CUDD Energy Services, REDS Caribbean, UVGI Systems, Nordic Energy Systems, Morita Aluminium Industry, HR Consultants, ORES, Tariq Amin Trading LLC).

§  Assist Union Gulf Services in establishment the following companies by legal and investment consultancies (LYSYS, Winfield General Contracting, Al Sarab Cosmetics, Japan Emirates Farming, AQUA Fashion LLC).

§  Taking care of commodities trading (sugar, oil and petroleum products).

§  Responsible for Manpower and Recruitment Services for ADNOC group of companies.
