  • Schedule analysis including development of 8 week lookahead schedules. Creating What if scenarios based on current fabrication status, structural and piping, predicting on site start date.
  • Liaise between Sub-Contract planning team regarding claimed progress and slippage.
  • Analysis of shop fabrication data, both piping and structural. Providing FWW superintendents reports per shipment and module.
  • Yard progress verification: analysis of Sub-Contract claimed progress against FWW verified progress.
  • Baseline schedule slippage reports including: MIR slippage, shop fabrication, footing and yard assembly dates, impact to RFL dates caused by slippage.
  • Summary 8 week look-ahead report communicated to FWW senior management.
  • Attend Primary Yard progress meetings and communicate planning progress and issues.
  • Compile daily progress report consisting of the following details: tonnage, support no. diameter inch, spool no.
  • Prepare s curves for steelwork and piping supports and DB on a weekly basis and forecasted requirements
