Manager (Reporting to Executive VP)

Key Deliverables: (Multi Tasking)

Business Research & Planning:

§  Facilitating Business Development Head in carrying out Business Research as per Power Sector in new line of Business and Geography

§  Maintaining and updating a centralized data related to Technical and Progress for whole SBU (Self Initiative)

Central Planning:

§  Spearheading entire Central Planning issues like:

o    Designing/Reviewing balance score card

o    Ensuring compliance to action plans

o    Collaborating with Safety Team and Project Manager in analysing and resolving any safety issue

o    Data Analysis and Collection from different departments viz., Finance / Business development / Quality / HR / Business Excellence

§  Finalizing the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) between our SBU and other support function departments like Engineer / HR / Contract / IT etc.

§  Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks & delays to Senior Management

Project Management:

§  Liaising with Consultants, Vendors and Clients for evaluation and execution of the project

§  Responsible for Project Planning for Electrical related Package (on MS Projects)

Key Achievements:

§  Associated with Power Generation Project worth Rs. 2000 Crores

§  Effectively handled Package related to electrical in M/s MahaGenco Bhusawal BoP Projects 2 X 500 MW Thermal Power Plant

§  Selected as a Key Member for Process Mapping and Development in the Organization

§  Won Silver in TATA Business Excellence Model (TBEM) for being a part of Tata Group External Auditors

§  Cross Function Team Member for developing Online Balance Score for the Company

§  Successfully managed to break the monopoly of M/s Bajaj Electronics in Lighting field of EPC business and saved around 2 Crores

§  Climbed the ladder and achieved Manager position within a short span of time for consistent performance
