            Under Ground Metro Rail Project. 

Incharge of the Project.. It is an Under Ground Chennai Metro Rail Project with Four underground stations and 3.6 KM twin boredtunnels from May Day Park to Gemini,  The station are with Top Down and Bottom up Methodology. The Tunnel is of 5.8 m internal dia and 6.36 outer dia of ring. Having overall responsibility of the project with supporting sections like Safety, Quality , Construction, Design, Administration & Liasoning , Accounts , Billing, Planning, Store & Purchase, Mechanical & Electrical section etc. .  

Responsible for Safety, Quality, Progress, Planning, Billing, Cost Control, of project.

Coordination with Client, Design consultant, subcontractors, local departments and company head office. General Contract Administration. Evaluation, negotiation and selection of subcontractors. Planning of execution program, utility diversions and traffic management. Issue of work orders, billing and finalization to subcontractors. Monitoring of safety, quality and progress of project. Monitoring of project in overall. The work executed are excavation, casting of tunnel base slabs and wall.

Presently Construction of Diaphragm wall, King post & strutting, excavation work are in progress for the stations, in addition to instrumentation, soil investigation, utility diversion and traffic diversion etc. The activities like entrance structures, decking, MEP, Architectural &Finishing are in design and submission stage.
