South Pars Gas Field Development, Phases 9&10 Project – Asaluyeh, IRAN

Development of the biggest gas field in the world located in Persian Gulf with final value of 2 billion US$ awarded to a consortium comprising OIEC and GS E&C for onshore facilities and IOEC for offshore facilities;

  • Leading the planning team in main office and job site of project;
  • Controlling progress measurement & WPAs;
  • Controlling schedule updates;
  • Continuous review and decision making on planning policies;
  • Attending site and head office management meetings;
  • Preparation of contractual requirements regarding planning and progress measurement systems;
  • Preparation of organization charts, mobilization plan, and work flow diagrams;
  • Contract scope management;
  • Internal Audit Representative of project for ISO 9001:2008 standard;
  • Member of executive committee of IMS (Integrated Management System) in OIEC.

 

      Planning & Project Control Engineer – (June 2005 – July 2007)        Asaluyeh, IRAN

 

Acting as the planner, scheduler and project controller for both construction and commissioning parts at job site of project.

  • Preparing and controlling progress measurement & WPAs for construction phase of project;
  • Coordinating with client to approve monthly reports for WPA;
  • Revising Progress Measurement System Procedure for part III (Onshore Facilities) of project;
  • Preparing level III schedule of project;
  • Designing data bases for steel Work, equipment erection & civil work in order to integrate, assimilate and easy updating construction data by relevant dept;
  • Preparing and presenting cost control reports based on earned value methodology;
  • Calculating weight value (WV) based on engineering BOQ;
  • Approving general contractor's invoice.
