Acting as the planner, scheduler and project controller for both construction and commissioning parts at job site of project.
- Preparing and controlling progress measurement & WPAs for construction phase of project;
- Coordinating with client to approve monthly reports for WPA;
- Revising Progress Measurement System Procedure for part III (Onshore Facilities) of project;
- Preparing level III schedule of project;
- Designing data bases for steel Work, equipment erection & civil work in order to integrate, assimilate and easy updating construction data by relevant dept;
- Preparing and presenting cost control reports based on earned value methodology;
- Calculating weight value (WV) based on engineering BOQ;
- Approving general contractor's invoice.
