Planning Co-ordinator - DOHA ASIAN GAMES ORGANISING COMMITTEE (DAGOC), Qatar

As part of the Venues team, was responsible for planning and coordinating the Broadcast Lighting Project – Design, supply, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of fixed and portable broadcast lighting equipments in 45 games venues.  Coordinated the project from preparing the tender documents to contract closure, prepared the project schedule, monitored the progress, and reported to the management.  During the games time, addressed issues from venue teams and resolved them in co-ordination with other functional area representatives in the main operations centre during the game.
