·         Creating Project Execution schedules, Prepare Master Time Schedule.

·         Develop the Critical Path Network for Construction Schedules.

·         Update schedule in Primavera (P3 & P6).

·         Prepare the Manpower Histograms and S-Curves for the Construction Schedules.

·         Prepare the Manpower and Construction Equipment Schedules.

·         Prepare the Progress Monitoring Schedule

·         Prepare the look-ahead Construction Schedules, Histograms and ‘S’-Curve.

·         Develop the Systems Testing and Pre-commissioning Schedules.

·         Develop the Recovery Plan, if necessary.

·         Prepare the Progress Analysis and Productivity Reports.

·         Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.

·         Revise the schedules in accordance with any significant changes in scope.

·         Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Estimates, Budgets, Commits, Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC, Forecast), Spends, Variances, Actuals, Accruals

·         Preparing the pre-tender estimate as required during tender process & Assist in preparing estimate for other projects.

Ensuring project executed within the cost and budget approved.
