·        Served as an integral part of project planning and construction team by developing construction schedule and project cost estimates for the construction of High Rise Commercial Complex.

·        Estimated material quantity, resource work effort and duration required for various construction activities.

·        Responsible for obtaining actual updating project schedules based on actual work executed on site.

·        Accountable for maintaining all project documents (daily reports, inspections & photos).

·        Compared project baseline with actual work executed on site to monitor project progress.

·        Report updated percentages to project managers for higher reporting.

·        Address grief report in project management tool.

·        Create work orders/ change orders for any change in project scope.
