Initially responsible for drilling cost control and accounting on the unsuccessful Boukhechba exploration campaign. Set up cost systems to calculate daily well costs and attended daily rig calls to ensure accurate and complete cost tracking and reporting.  Provided regular updates of drilling cost performance versus budgets, forecasts and AFEs. I was then promoted to Finance and Administration Manager for the simultaneous ROD and Ohanet phased developments (>US$ 1.5 billion CAPEX), where I was accountable for all cost matters, including negotiating Service Level Agreements.  My priorities were to staff-up then supervise the Drilling and Construction Cost Control teams whilst ensuring systems, processes and controls were in place to ensure cost and commitment transparency.  I simultaneously provided cost management/-engineering services during the FEED and EPC phases.  Focal point for cost management and commitment control on drilling, fracking, FEED and EPC-related contracts. Supported the Contracts and Procurement team in the contracting and procurement of drilling, fracking and construction materials and services, ensuring that Contracts and Procurement activity fell within planned budgets and w16/3/00as conducted per Production Sharing Contract and Joint Operating Agreement requirements.  Organised and participated in stock checks in accordance with internal, JOA and PSC requirements.  Demonstrated change management skills during handover from Development to Operations phases.
