  • Responsible for assisting with overseeing the production and maintenance of tender, design and construction programmes for numerous projects worth up to £348M
  • Facilitating smooth operations by adhering to the Critical Path method, calculating an effective sequence of activities using Networking Techniques; using all resources to best possible effect by anticipating demands, factoring in contingencies and alternative construction methods in case of changes in scope and monitoring progress through to timely and successful project completion
  • Extensive liaison with all stakeholders, forming clear lines of communication to achieve clarity of understanding and ensuring that all package contractors are aware of how their activities relate to others and the relative impact any set-backs or changes may have, in order to avoid any unnecessary delays to project completion
  • Using technical knowledge to provide advice and direction to ensure quality standards are met in accordance with customer and legislative requirements
  • Progressing projects, using experience and both current and recorded data to ascertain Earned Value and calculate At Completion Costs
  • Using reports and graphs to assist with communicating information across the project teams and clients, ensuring salient, accurate and current information is provided at all times
  • Provision of BCWS and BCWP costs to Package Managers to facilitate the forecasting of costs at the end of a project or financial period
  • Preparation of WBS Structures
