DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning on all stages like Proposal planning, Design Development planning, Procurement planning, Post Tender Planning, etc..
  • Review the Contract Programme & Comment.
  • Monitor the Project and Tracking of Milestones prepare Look Ahead reports and trend reports.
  • Monitor the Critical path and advise the project team on forecasted risks.
  • Risk Mitigation.
  • Ensure the Project Budget and Time of Completion.
  • Assist The Project Manager in chairing the meeting with, Client, Consultants, Contractors, Government Agencies, Local Authorities and Contractors.
  • Review the Logistics plan of Contractor and approving.
  • Assisting in appointing various Consultants.
  • Review the Plant & Equipments required for the Project and ensuring the same towards the Work.
  • Monitoring the Long Lead Procurement Items and Approval of Procurement Plan.
  • Writing Contractual Letters to Contractors and Consultants.
  • Concept, Schematic & Detail Design Stage Monitoring & Planning.
  • Package Managing & tendering.
  • Checking the Punch List and ensuring the Handing Over Phases.
  • Preparing & Maintaining Risk Registers
