 Prepare Master Schedule. Set-up types/ levels of schedules and the Progress Measurement System considering Project complexity, areas of risks, duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, the company standards and the Contract specifications.

Interface with the Tender Department and/or Project/Construction Managers to build up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing CPM/Pert time- scaled logic network using company standards and/or Contract specification.

Measure, Review & Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Prepare budget, histograms, tables, and curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment) as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases.

Identify Program implications associated with Client Variations.

Updating the detailed time schedule plans and making Recovery/Mitigation Plans to cover up the delay.

Prepare procurement schedule & Coordinate with procurement department ensuring that all materials are procured/ delivered to meet project requirements.

Coordinate with the Site Project team for the preparation of the Internal Reporting. Liaison with Project Manager on a daily basis with regards to project progress, resource utilization & availability of work front.

Verify actual progress versus scheduled progress on a weekly basis, Close coordination with the material/purchase and stores departments.

Ø  Evaluation of early deliveries and possible schedule benefits.

Ø  Maintain current revenue/cost status information and provide revenue/cost projections per activity. Provide projections on earliest manpower/equipment, mobilization & demobilization dates.

Ø  Preparing the budget, cost analysis and ensure that the project remains within budgetary parameters and moves forward to a successful conclusion

Ø  Track project changes & Hold regular project meetings.
